Sage Roofing started with one truck, one trailer and a simple rule: if it isn't the roof we'd put on our own house, it doesn't go on yours. Twelve years later that rule still runs every job in the valley.
Our Story
Built here, staying here.
We're headquartered in Nampa and we work a radius, not a map pin. Boise, Meridian, Caldwell, Eagle, Star, Kuna and every small town out to Marsing and Parma get the same crews and the same warranty.
Idaho weather is specific. Hard UV in July, wind off the open farmland west of Caldwell, freeze-thaw cycles that pry up flashing, and snow load in the Emmett valley. We build every roof for that, not for a generic manufacturer diagram.
After a storm, the out-of-state chasers show up with magnet signs and leave before the first warranty call. We're still going to be here in ten years, which is exactly why we do the flashing right the first time.
